Our payment terms are cash, cheque, visa and master card on arrival or cash on departure. There is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments. We do not accept Amex or Diners and do not have eftpos facilities.
For stays of two weeks or longer we require at least half payment on arrival.
For bookings during high season we require a deposit at the time of booking and the balance on commencement of boarding.
Our business is very seasonal and we operate on the basis of a high and low season (public and school holidays are high season).
There is a surcharge for non-desexed dogs over twelve months of age.
We offer a Senior’s Discount for low season bookings on presentation of a valid Seniors Card.
