Much of our time is spent out of the office tending our guests – so feel free to use the message bank if we don’t get to the ‘phone in time. We will call you back promptly during opening hours.

You can send us an email using the link below. We do our best to check and respond to these at least once a day on week-days. Week-ends are a bit more haphazard.
We do not take actual bookings by email as we need detailed information about the individual animal and prefer to do this over the phone. However we can answer queries, advise of availability of space or contact you on the next working day if you provide a phone number.
